Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable for charges made in error or for services not rendered as per the agreed terms. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
Procedure:
To request a refund, users must contact Nanbaa’s customer service with transaction details and the reason for the refund. All refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Limitations:
Refunds do not apply to delays caused by factors outside Nanbaa’s control.
Refund requests due to user’s change of mind are not typically honored.
